We had a pleasant stay and the staff were working exceptionally hard even on a winter storm day. They provided swaddle, play pen and blankets for our little one. Looking forward to explore this beauty in next summer 😊

Nous avons passer un week-end de rêve dans notre unité, cétait superbe. La seule chose, cest que les murs sont en carton et nous avons entendu les voisins tout le week-end. Cest quand même un gros détail, assez gros pour nous enlever lenvie de réserver à nouveau même à 23h30 on les entendaient de la chambre parler doucement, ils ne criaient même pas.

Nous avons passé du bon temps, jai adoré. Nous pensons déjà renouveler notre expérience lan prochain. Merci

C'est d'une propreté extraordinaire. Les gens qui y travaillent sont courtois et très gentil. Le seul point négatif, l'acoustique entre les condos n'est pas très efficace. Lors de notre séjour, il y a eu un party dans une maison sur le site et la musique a joué jusqu'au petites heures du matin. Peut-être revoir votre politique à cette effet ou la rendre plus efficace. Mais, nous allons revenir. Cette fois-ci nous allons prendre une maison.. Ci toute vous avez besoin de service d'un architecte, je serais honoré de travailler pour vous.

Tres bel expérience et nous avons passé de tres bons moments entre famille. Pas bruyant et tres reposant. Surtout on ne sest pas ennuyé on a bien aimé les services comme le kayak etc qui est inclut dans la location du chalet

From reception to ground keepers everything was perfect. The access for the lake for water sports (canoes, kayaks) was great. The outside fire pit was super nice for roasting marshmallows! Second time at Selenia, we cant wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Nous avons réservé un chalet pour la fête de la famille avec mes enfants et conjoints. On espère de tout coeur d'y aller si la Covid nous arrête pas. Ma fille a mit plein de photo sur facebook et beaucoup d'amies lui on demander les informations de vos chalets.

Superbe chalet, propre et très bien équipé. Point négatif la sonorisation on attendait les voisins dà coté et lorsque couché on entendait les moindre bruits soit des chambres en haut et vice-versa.

Bonjour, comme il y a eu une panne de courant,qui a débuté en soirée, et qui sest terminé le lendemain en matinée, nous avons eu tres froid. Pour cette raison, nous navons pas bien dormi. Je vous recommande de changer le foyer esthetique par un foyer qui pousse de la chaleur, au moins nous aurions eu de la chaleur car malgré la génératrice, il ny avait aucun chauffage dappoint, De plus, le frigo netait pas branché sur generatrice et pas de prise electrique non plus. Je vous recommande de revoir tout cela. Nous navons pas eu une belle experience pour cela, mais je suis certaine quà temps normal, nous aurions aimé. Le personnel est chaleureux et le site est beau. Nous aurions aimé en profité. Salutations Karine

Tres bonne, le pain et les confitures sont un geste professionnel tres apprécié, le jaccuzzi est superbe. La terrasse est belle. Seul le lecteur dvd ne fonctionnait pas mais cela est un detail.

The experience would of been amazing but unfortunately the beds were so uncomfortable we had a very hard time sleeping. The quality of the mattress was poor and very hard. Also for people with physical health issues, the mattress has no comfort to provide at all.

Loved it. Small details. More sofa room. Maybe just advised what is included to avoid bringing extra stuff from home. But we loved it and have absolutely nothing bad to say.

What a beautiful New Year getaway! From Madeleine, the front receptionist, to the caretaker (name escapes me) and the location! My family and I walked into the chalet and we were in awe of the cleanliness and the thoughtfulness! The scent of clean was what we first noticed, the team at Selenia left us a stocking full of goodies, how thoughtful. They also prepared a bonfire outside for our family! The photos do not do it justice, the decor was perfect, the home was well appointed for cooking, we felt at home right away! We were located in front of a lake with trails for snowshoeing and cross country skiing as well as 25 mins away from Mont Tremblant. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend Selenia enough! Thank you Selenia for your hospitality!

Très belle expérience la seul petit inconvénient était la traverse de la rue avec les canots et l emplacement pour l embarcation. Avec des enfants c était difficile

It was a very nice stay. The only improvement could be to put the water toys on the water because they are quite hard to bring to the lake but they are free.

C'est un endroit isolé, tres calme et à 4 minutes à pied du lac. Kayak et canot disponibles. Parfait pour un week-end à la campagne!

C’est toujours très agréable d’aller se reposer aux chalets Selenia lodge. Tellement beau, tellement grand. On peut y loger à 12 personnes sans se marcher sur les pieds! Et j’adore le spa en plein hiver. :)

Not a very good one. The battery was low in a fire detector in an adjacent room. It beeped all night resulting in a night of poor sleep. We called the emergency number in the guest book but there wasn't any answer. The next morning after the reception opened, a tech changed it at around 9am. No offer of compensation.

Comfortable and happy

Our family loved the accommodations, this is a great place for family reunions. It was close to the ski slopes. This was the best rental place our family has ever visited!!! Well done! So extremely beautiful!

We came to have a short vacation at the end of the summer before school and work begins. We unfortunately had an extremely LOUD neighbour and this noise continued into the early morning hours which disrupted our sleep. We heard this noise x2 nights (one night much louder then the night before). We relayed our concerns to the front desk upon our departure and we appreciated that you shared the same concerns and explained that this is not acceptable and that the guests were informed of your policy. Thank you to Josee for arranging an extra special cupcake for my daughter's birthday celebration and we appreciated the fridge having some items for when we arrived!!!

You know sometimes you book a place based on photo's hoping for the best, this was spot on as to what the photo's depicted. The weather on the weekend was extremely cold (-41 with the windchill) and we had some issues getting everyone going. While we were waiting at the entrance to Selenia, a very nice lady came out and took the time to speak with us, took some photo's as we were a large group of 17 sleds and provided us with some water. You can't ask for nicer people and better service.

C'était une expérience formidable, Manon qui nous a reçu à l'accueil étai vraiment très gentille, très à l'écoute de sa clientèle, elle nous a tout bien expliquer comment sa fonctionnai et le chemin pour se rendre au chalet et la chambre était vraiment magnifique, tout était bien propre comme si on était les premier à coucher la, moi et ma conjointe allons revenir c'est sur!

Génial !! Le chalet est très grand est la literie est vraiment bonne! La présence de peignoirs pour le spa ainsi que de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner et un vrai plus. Seul petit hic a soulever: un technicien à travaillé sur les tuyaux (à taper dessus au marteau visiblement) pendant 15 minutes a 9h le dimanche matin.

The experience was excellent. From the arrival until the end, the staff was available we needed. We had pretty much a 5 stars hotel treatment (Bathrobe, towels were provided), we even had washer and dryer machine just in case!

Globalement, nous avons tellement aimé l'endroit, que nous avons réservé l'endroit pour l'an prochain en ajoutant meme une nuit additionnelle. Nous etions 2 familles plus notre chien Husky de 2 ans, et meme elle a adoré l'emplacement. Il y a quand même beaucoup à faire: marche dans un sentier de plus de 50kms, raquette, a 30 minutes de Tremblant.....

Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.nous avons passé un super week end

This is really a place to relax. Quiet area, cozy home away from home. Very clean and access to bbq, outdoor fireplace and the spa. This was the best anniversary getaway. Will be going back.

This place is a hidden gem! The accommodations were beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing. And Josee (the manager) was incredibly gracious and welcoming. It was a wonderful way to spend our 48th wedding anniversary and we thank everyone for a lovely experience!!

Loved the place so it’s my second stay. Spacious apartment with 3 floors. Very nice and clean. Great service! We can even find bread, milk and juice in the fridge. Next to a lake and bicycle trail. Reception is super nice.

Very clean and so beautiful. we brought the dog and it was super! The place is peacefull and calm. There is a lot of space in the unit. Very good service too.

It may seem like a fake review, but all aspects of our stay were great. I thought the price was very competitive. Our expectations were exceeded by the space, and since our plan was to ride on the bike trail, the location was ideal. The lady who welcomed us was very patient, accommodating and kind to the kids (not necessary, but a bonus). Add the balcony, bbq and hot tub, and we were thrilled. Thank you!

This winter in January 2018 we were staying in Selenia Lodge. It is amazing. It was the best. It was -32 but in the house was warm, it was a cozy place with breakfast, included amazing bread, jam, coffee and orange juice.So clean, warm and adjustable everywhere. Full kitchen. Mattress is very comfortable! Free snowshoes, sleds and hot tubs! A lot of fun for kids and our dog.Thank you, we will back for sure in the summer for white beach and fishing.I posted some photos but it looks even nicer in reality.

Excellent! I just loved the place, the lodge is very clean, made in real wood, great cozy design, with perfectly equipped kitchen. The stuff is great! The sorroundings are amazing! I loved the idea of having a small breakfast in the fridge, loved the home made jams very yummy, and I loved the coffee! Loved the marshmallows from the house, great idea! I will come back definitely and will highly recommend the place:)))
