 Aérobic Corridor

 

Located along the Aerobic Corridor, Selenia Lodge is the perfect starting point for long bike rides during summer and with snowmobile during winter time. The aerobic corridor is a 58km recreational trail between Morin-Heights and Amherst. The corridor is all about discovery. It’s the perfect place for a privileged contact with nature as you meander through the western Laurentians at your leisure, convenience and pace.
